Our client is now searching for a focused Assistant Block manager to join their Block management division and assist in managing their Portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from experienced Block Management Experts.

Our client has expanded organically over the years due to their excellent service and as the demand for this grows they require a new Assistant Property Manager to join the team and assist in managing their developments. All of the developments have come from recommendations & word of mouth, so our new Block Manager must be willing to offer only the best service! We need someone who has the ability & desire to build long lasting relationships with Leaseholders, clients and contractors & constantly uphold the high levels of service.
As the new Assistant Block Manager, you will be assisting in managing a portfolio around SE London and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for jointly managing initially around 750 units which will increase as the portfolio expands. The portfolio is diverse and includes, new build, purpose built, mixed-use, & Listed buildings.

Salary Range & Benefits
On offer is a salary range of £23,000 - £27,000 PA, the salary on offer is dependent on your experience. You will be required to work on site from time to time, mileage expenses will be paid along with the use of a pool car.
