What your role will be
As an Assistant Project Worker within this supported housing service, you will provide support, expert advice and guidance to one young person that has complex needs.
You will work closely with your colleagues at the service including the Team Leader to support the delivery of a person-centred service, accurately recording information and ensuring the environment is safe and fit for purpose.
You will work 17.5 hours over a Saturday and Sunday which will be broken down to (Sat 15:00 – 20:15 and Sun 08:00 – 20:15).

To be considered for this role you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to accurately record information. You will have knowledge experience of support planning and carrying out risk assessments. In essence we need you to have experience of working with a vulnerable client group and helping them to achieve independent living.
It would be beneficial if you had some knowledge of housing management, benefits and the welfare system due to the nature of the role.
