Assistant Project Manager

My very unique and successful client are in search of an assistant Project Manager to join their Team.

Dealing in Bespoke high end swimming pools using natural filtration and smart Technologies.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing swimming pool construction and filtration technology company. Reporting to the project manager you will be the principle site supervisor delivering their exciting and diverse programme of pool construction projects around the UK.

As a successful applicant you will be a highly motivated individual and able to focus on onsite customer communications, managing the site crew and subcontractors, onsite problem solving and carrying out a system of checks to maintain the quality of services.

In the office you will also be providing support to the project and design team in assisting in project pricing, and control the updates of costing tools as required and controlling the flow of design information to the build stage. You will be reporting to the project manager but equally responsible for ensuring projects are built on time and to budget.

Required:
At least 3 years in the construction industry
Have experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
Own a Clean UK Driving license and be clean and professional in appearance
Knowledge and experience with excavating equipment and hardscape installation
Knowledge of Health and Safety policy and legislation / CDM regulations
Demonstrate ability to use initiative, research ideas, suppliers and materials;
Ability to produce and keep track of project budgets
Ability to receive, comprehend and communicate information clearly to staff, clients and subcontractors alike.
