To provide assistance in all areas of project managing the project to migrate from Coda to Great Plains.
Flexible approach; Travel may be required to alternate locations including overnight stays and tasks may be required to be undertaken outside 'normal’ working hours.
. This is a temporary contract which is expected to last for 12 months,
Maintaining key registers and obtaining status updates - issues logs, actions logs, risk logs.
Arranging project meetings, taking minutes and recording required actions.
System testing, including but not limited to testing of data through interfaces, and validating data uploads for data migration.
Assist on data cleansing Coda data before migration to Great Plains, and coordination of all data cleansing tasks.
Coordinating training plans and administration.
Coordinating user acceptance testing, recording and communicating progress and issues.
First line testing of reports generated from Great Plains.
Documenting and communicating process changes.
Drafting project communication updates.
. Providing and maintaining change management documentation as required for Audits.
. Working as a team to ensure shared knowledge / product knowledge.
. Any additional duties as directed by the Line Manager
Experience / knowledge of project implementations, preferably financial systems projects.
