Assistant Product Manager - The Role
You will contribute to the profitable growth of the Herbalife business by delivering effective product marketing projects and initiatives for new and existing EMEA markets.
We will look to you to oversee and drive initiatives from concept to launch. You will take responsibility for new product launches. This will involve working cross functionally to develop positioning, pricing, marketing communications and a launch plan. Your key category focus will be on the Targeted Nutrition category focusing on food supplements.
You will also support in New Product Development projects to support regional NPD projects as well as local markets
Important will be the ability to increase engagement and sales as well as work within budgets and ensure products get to market in a timely manner.
Assistant Product Manager - Requirements
A graduate or with a relevant marketing qualification you must have in depth knowledge of developing/supporting and launching product launches either locally or regionally. From a product marketing background you will have good knowledge of supply chain, pricing, forecasting, and packaging.
A strategic thinker and effective project manager you will possess excellent communication, problem solving and influencing skills. Results orientated you are flexible, highly organised and able to adapt in an ever changing and dynamic environment. A team player with a can do attitude and a good sense of humour will be advantageous
Experience of working in a Pan-European environment and a second European language would be highly valued.
