Assistant Practitioner in Early Psychosis

The Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team is a newly developed service to Powys Teaching Health Board, although the EIP model and service has been well established across England and other Health Boards in Wales for some time. The EIP service is focused on the early detection of and recovery from psychosis. Our service will work with clients aged 18-24 initially, with a good working relationship and robust transition arrangements in place with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

The post holder will work as a member of the Early Intervention Psychosis team, under the direction and supervision of the Team Leader and the Mental Health Practitioners within the team, to ensure that an efficient and effective service is delivered to Powys residents

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
