Assistant PA needed to work alongside a Senior PA supporting a UHNWI ( & family ) in his business and private matters.
Global metals, mining, oil & gas company with headquarters in Mayfair and operations worldwide.
You will be working to ever changing schedules supporting a very busy UHNWI and his family in his private and business matters. Working alongside his Senior PA you will have your own responsibilities and duties but will also have work filtered down to you from the other PA.
You will be heavily involved in everything from;
Event planning - working with event planners and others in the business, accepting & declining invites, putting together agendas and organising private events and dinners.
Diary and schedule management
General business administration support
Private PA support - personal gifts, organising personal family events and travel, managing private clients
You will enjoy planning and organising and have experience with this
Any private PA support highly beneficial
You will have worked in a similar AP/Admin Assistant role for at leat 1-2 years already and have supported people at senior level
Customer service / hospitality must be of the utmost importance to you and experience in this field could be helpful
A calm and unflappable manner is crucial - plans will change at the last minute and taking this in your stride and coming up with a plan B will be needed on a regular basis
