Title: Assistant Operations Co-ordinator

Location: Norwich

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum, plus 5% pension contribution and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

currently recruiting for a business in Norwich. We require an Assistant Operations Co-ordinator to join their business.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Including setting agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions to close out
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Determining project changes & tracking via the MOC procedure as necessary
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as set by the Line Manager
  • Developing project strategies
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project in line with company and STS specific procedures
  • Assessing project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Chair and facilitating project meetings where appropriating distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Maintaining and tracking of project KPI's
  • Maintaining the project bridging document & supporting documentation, ensuring compliance & latest version

Previous experience required:

  • Three years' experience in project co-ordination
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and part of a team
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including; Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge in; file management, transcription, reporting and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work to tight deadline
  • Operational and logistic outlook
  • Fluent in Spanish is desirable
