Assistant Merchandiser - Bournemouth - salary DOE
Location: Nr Bournemouth ***Please note that candidates applying for this role will need to have their own transport, due to our clients location ***
Salary: to £28k
Do you have excellent Excel skill’s including Pivot tables and V lookups? Are you an experienced Analyst working in a commercial/finance or merchandising environment? Then this could be the role for you! You should have min 1-2 years experience.
Our client is growing and are looking for a candidate who has the above as well as:-
•Experience of forecasting, expected product buys and demand
•Excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Logical thinker - Analytical
•Self starter, forward thinking, self assured
•Confident at dealing with senior management and suppliers in a professional manner
•Project Management skills
•Proactive approach to identifying issues and resolutions
•Not fazed by an ever changing environment
The role will see you managing the vendor logistics and delivery performance within the supply chain, monitoring and reviewing stock exit plans to ensure targets are met and ensuring promotional and new range launches land on time and to agreed availability levels.
Ideally you will have previous retail or supply chain experience.
FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL.
