An opportunity has become available to join the marketing department of a leading organisation in Peterborough with vibrant, fun offices, on a maternity cover fixed term contract (9 months). This is an exciting opportunity for a person looking to use strong marketing and communications skills in a management position.
You will be the main point of contact for all marketing communications, campaign development and co-ordination and analysis/reporting of Marketing and PR campaigns. As Assistant Marketing Communications Manager you would be reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, and responsible for reporting on all marketing activity, KPI's and budget.
The role will look to use your mentoring and people management skills via coaching and management of the marketing communications team, which consists of; Social Media Executive, PR Executive, Campaign Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant.
• Marketing degree or recognised Marketing Diploma
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

• A team player.
• Excellent proofing skills and attention to detail
• Experience of working in a busy Marketing Department
The salary bench mark is £30-£35,000 pro-rata, and we are looking for a candidate to start ASAP.
