Assistant Manager - 156 hours per 4 weeks

Do you want to work with amazing people and change lives?

As from 15/11/2021, our Assistant Managers will be paid £10.96 per hour.

We are The Wilf Ward Family Trust, a Registered Charity that has provided choice and opportunity for adults with learning disabilities across Yorkshire for over thirty years. Our vision is to enable extraordinary lives through outstanding support, which is all made possible by our hardworking, caring and committed team.

We are looking for someone to join our team in the Scarborough Region as an Assistant Manager, situated at our service in Filey. We require someone who is self-motivated, confident in making decisions and someone who is willing to go the extra mile. You will always promote good practice and the WWFT values and in turn you will have the opportunity to gain new invaluable skills and knowledge within a Residential Care Home setting. The role involves tasks such as rota planning, completing staff development plans, and being involved in the day to day running of the service in compliance with CQC guidelines.

You will need to have a positive attitude and be an effective listener, communicator and have good IT skills. Our team is full of skilled and dedicated colleagues, who are committed to delivering outstanding person-centred support, so as long as you can show us you share our vision for improving lives, we will always be there to help and support you along the way. You will have access to a range of employee benefits, including an employee rewards scheme, a Credit Union saving scheme, and an employee wellbeing helpline.

If all of this sounds good, we would love to hear from you.

Make a difference, and join The Wilf Ward Family Trust.
