You must have great Customer Service and Administration experience as well as being able to be confident on the telephone and face to face with customers. You must be able to work under pressure and under your own steam to grow the already successful team.
Handling initial telephone calls and emails
Recording work requests
Booking relevant vehicles and engineers
Plan and co-ordinate workers
**After full training you would be required to work on an out of hours phone rota**
This is a great opportunity to join one of the most recognised companies within it's sector It will be a Temp to Perm position and a salary of £21000 - £23000 DOE
Monday to Friday and potentially a rota to work some weekends.
