Due to our outstanding on going success, we are seeking a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager who is ready for the next step up to a Manager to support the exisiting Store Managers within the South Coast areas.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the existing Store Managers within the South Coast areas, and develop and expand on your exisiting skills to become a Trainee Manager and assist in our stores in the area.

Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager / Traineer Manager - South Coast

Assisting the shop managers in overseeing the daily operations of a shop. You’ll be expected to meet specific operations standards, financial goals and objectives as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing great customer relations atmosphere by greeting every customer and providing the customer with a prompt and efficient service
  • Administering loan products whilst explaining all the necessary information to the customer
  • Assisting in sourcing and recruiting Retail Assistants
  • Assisting with the training and development of staff

Skills required:

  • Customer service experience within a retail environment
  • Some supervisory or management experience is advantageous, but not necessarily essential
  • Good understanding of Maths
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Ideally Foreign Exchange, cheque cashing, loan or jewellery expereince - as some of the stores are H&T Money and DSJ (Discounted Secondhand jewellery) stores
