Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for Assistant Manager opportunities in Sydney! We are looking for Managers that are passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. There will be two new store openings for this business in Bondi Junction and Martin Place in July 2021.

The Role

To be our clients new Assistant Manager, you will be a hands on, commercial and results driven Manager who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a drive for delivering a world class customer experience.

As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Driving customer service standards
  • Delivering sales in store and ensuring site profitability
  • Training, coaching and developing your team
  • Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Achieving store and company key performance indicators
  • Keeping up to date with current trends, including competitor analysis

The Candidate

Our client's Assistant Manager role is the ideal next challenge for a customer service centric and commercial Manager.

The Package

This business will offer a salary of up to $60,000 per annum, plus bonus with many managers in other countries earning in excess of $500 per month, four weeks of leave, 9.5% super and various other company benefits.
