A Superdrug Assistant Manager’s role in a Prestige Store is all about delivering an exceptional shopping experience through your people. You will need to create a day to day working environment that is warm, supportive and friendly. You will use your great delegation skills to get the job done. No day will ever be the same so it is real think on your feet stuff!
Your beauty and fragrance expertise will enable you to support the Store Manager in beating targets and competitors. Your passion for our products will be visible for all to see due to the excitement and theatre you help create, making the store a destination place to shop!
Your team will have on trend and expert knowledge through your great coaching skills that they will share with customers in order to increase sales and profit.

To come on board as a Superdrug Assistant Manager in a Prestige Store you will have the following experience:
- Retail Supervisor/Assistant Management experience with a fast moving high street retailer within the beauty, fragrance or health industry
- Supporting in the delivery of outstanding customer service
- Coaching and developing a team to deliver high operational standards and results
- Ideally had experience of managing/supervising a large team
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; sales, profit & loss and service
- Supporting with recruitment and succession planning
