Our Assistant Managers (Kitchen) support the operational performance of their shop along with their General Manager. They build happy teams of Leaders, Trainers, Hot Food Chefs and Team Members. They are responsible for getting our product range just right, implementing safety and standards, and creating beautiful and delicious food throughout the day.
The Pret Academy supports the training and development or our wonderful people. There are opportunities to progress further towards a General Manager role.
