My Client is one of the worlds most favoured high street hospitality brands and after continued global success they are now looking for managers who can inspire and lead the team to more success at their Inverness site.

Your experience could be in food retail or hospitality, but you must have a positive, high energy approach, with a track record of achieving success through your teams.

YOU SHOULD HAVE;

*Previous experience of managing a diverse workforce in a fast paced environment.
*Commercial Awareness and understanding of P&L
*Ability to demonstrate a strong sales focus.
*Good HR/ER knowledge (disciplinary/grievance process)
*A desire to achieve the highest levels of customer service.
*Strong Communication skills, at all levels.
*A track record of coaching and developing teams.
