Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits

They now have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join their established team, and lead the administrative staff in the day-to-day operation of a number of fund structures.
Working for one of their largest clients, a prestigious UK real estate firm, you will proactively monitor and report on team performance and deadlines whilst tracking current and future workloads, ensuring all client requirements are met on time and with high quality deliverables. Adopting a coaching style to optimise team performance, training and supporting the development of junior team members you will liaise with clients, lawyers, auditors and other Business Partners, supporting the operational functions of the team where required.
They are looking for someone who is ISCA qualified and holds a degree at 2:1 level or above, coupled with a strong business background. Client focused and with a commitment to providing service excellence, you will have an ability to ensure business as usual deliverables are met while also managing complex transactions.
Funds or corporate knowledge is desirable, as is an understanding of audit and accountancy. A strong people manager and team player, you will be team focussed, have a positive attitude and be able to make an impact at an individual, team and organisational level.
