An inspirational Assistant Customer Services Manager required to lead a team of business to consumer sales focused Customer Service Coordinators

Duties include -

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager

Formalise key roles and responsibilities within the department and introduce measurements by developing a suite of KPI's / reports to track customer service performance

Lead, manage and inspire a team of CS Coordinators ensuring they are supported and developed in their roles

Develop a strategy for delivering world class service, including asking and reacting to direct feedback

Processing order amendments and cancellations and returns

Share best practise across your teams

Looking at recruitment and ensuring succession planning

Person Specification

A passion for beauty with new trends and buys is essential

Experience in managing a small / medium sized team in a fast moving ecommerce / online / retail or wholesale business

Background with B2C and highly customer focused, thrives on exceeding customer expectations

Excellent problem solving skills

Must possess a constant, infectious positive attitude and lead by example
