An Assistant Store Manager within a Market Leading Retailer essentially would need to be driven to increase revenue and improve business operations. With this particular role the focus is on to key areas of the business which are customer service and sales. You will need to have both front customer facing and telecommunication skills to succeed in the role.

The responsibilities of the role are as follows:
General running of the store
Managing and leading junior staff
Liaising with senior management
Forecasting and analysing figures
For this role the background essentially that the client tend to look for are retailers that have management experience, however if you have sales experience within a hospitality or leisure sector that will also be considered. Please note that previous management experience is vital.
The job offer will be up to £24,415.00 for the right candidate and an additional lucrative bonus potential.
