Poundworld, the UK's leading value variety retailers, are looking for a Assistant Manager who has proven retail management experience within a fast paced retail environment to join our Alloa Store offering a fantastic salary of up to £18,000 per annum.

Following significant investment from TPG Capital in May 2015, Poundworld intends to accelerate its store expansion programme and double in size over the next five years. To become our next Assistant Manager you must have the following skills and experience:
- Proven retail management experience within a fast paced retail environment.
- Be confident
- Responsible for a multi-million pound turnover store.
- Delivering on KPI's and profitability.
- Ability to manage availability of stock.
- Ability to manage, recruit and develop staff to achieve targets.
- Commercially driven.
- Control staff costs against sales.
- A strong work ethic is essential
In return for your passion, drive and commitment you will receive a salary of up to £18,000 per annum depending on experience plus the opportunity to build a rewarding career within our fast growing retail store division and allow you to become the future of our business!!
