Assistant Management Accountant



Our client is a rapidly growing service based organisation who due to continued growth are looking to recruit an assistant management accountant based out of their office in Newcastle.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Responsibility for preparing and coordinating a significant proportion of the monthly management accounts on a timely basis
  • Maintenance of the fixed asset register
  • Customer contract reporting to highlight resign opportunity / expiries
  • Project progress and completion reporting to include the value and make-up of the project pipeline
  • Sales reporting to include the value and make-up of new won business, opportunity conversion and opportunity list value
  • Management of the company fleet
  • Other ad hoc reporting tasks

Experience/Skills Required -

  • Previous experience with monthly management reporting and monthly management accounts
  • Use of Sage and/or Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong Excel and formula knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
