Assistant Management Accountant

Purpose of the role:

To provide accurate forecasts, planning and budgeting information for accounts within the Brand Deployment Portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

 For accounts within your remit:
  • Business partnering with account directors
  • Monthly preparation of accounts
  • Management reporting and variance analysis
  • Coordinate monthly sales and costs forecasting
  • Preparation of annual budgets
  • Balance sheet reconciliations


    Other duties
  • Deal with WIP
  • Chase up O/S Invoicing
  • Coordinate the missed Opportunities report
  • E-Auction monitoring and reporting
  • Deal with Petty Cash
  • Company Amex Reconciliation
  • Weekly Jobs Review Reporting
  • Support to Brand Deployment division and projects within that division.

    Ad hoc other reports and controls


    What you’ll bring:
  • Experience of Finance in a business environment.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA newly qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to manage relationships.
  • Excellent excel skills and knowledge of systems
  • Professional and positive approach.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Demonstrates initiative
