Assistant Loss Adjuster Performance Manager

Field based role with oversight of loss adjusting activity across South London region.

Salary to £40,000 + car allowance + benefits

Role Context:
Responsible for supporting the RM with achievement of a high level of quality and technical performance in the Field Team and delivery of service levels.Support RM with improvement of processes and procedures as required by the business.

·Key Responsibilities:
·Supporting RM with complaints settlement/issues.
·Be able to support RM at team meetings with delivery of information and training.
·Provide leadership which enforces company purpose, values and vision.
·Build and develop a cohesive team focused on achieving business targets.
·Assist with training in the technical competence of the Field Team to ensure delivery of high quality work including undertaking quality, customer service and H&S audits of Field Team Members.
·Provide cover for RM when RM on annual leave or carry out other duties.
·Report checking and approving as required.
·Maintain a caseload of specific claim files which require special attention.

Skills/Qualities:
·Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster including handling domestic, commercial and high value/complex claims.
·Someone who wishes to progress into a management role and support the growing business.

Qualification Requirements:

Dip CILA or above preferred but not essential
