A rarely available opportunity to join an established, high volume Lettings office in Morden as an Assistant Lettings Manager.
This would be the ideal role for an aspiring Lettings Negotiator currently working in a Listing position or and experienced Assistant Lettings Manager looking to join a reputable brand with a good market share.
As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting with managing a team negotiators, conducting morning meetings, 121’s and providing training and support to staff. There is a strong focus on business generation in this role, so the successful candidate must be a competent and confident lister. Additional responsibilities will involve maintaining regular contact with landlords, dealing with any issues that may arise, letting properties and liaising with property management and sales departments.
To be considered for this role, you’ll be a customer focussed lettings professional who can build and maintain lasting landlord relationships. You’ll be a professional, driven individual with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Finally, you’ll be a supportive and motivational leaders, encouraging a sales team of achieve targets.
A basic salary of c£18,000 -£20,000 with realistic OTE of £35,000 - £37,000, + a company car or allowance.
Mon-Fri 8.45am - 6.30pm, and Saturdays 9am - 5pm. You’ll work a 5 day week to include some Saturdays on a rota basis, a mid week day off will be given when a Saturday is worked.
