Keeping it simple you will be responsible to deliver the right candidates to the internal team as requested by a combination of current and future talent mapping. Have detailed knowledge of all Aspire offices and locations and how to sell to all prospective candidates.
You will be:
Working with internal recruitment team and wider London teams
Thorough utilisation of LI
Thorough utilisation of database
Managing candidate lifecycle
Utilising social media channels
This person could come from a number of backgrounds however they will have:
Be engaging, a natural rapport builder
Inquisitive and curious in a friendly, non-intrusive manner
Sales and target-orientated
Strong command of LinkedIn, social media and other sourcing tools
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, at ease with abundance of details, yet mindful of big picture, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently
Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel
Preferred if background in sales, recruitment or resourcing but not essential.
Strong client services orientation

Good understanding of database searching
Ability to type and talk simultaneously
