Our client A contract catering company for a large scale visitor attraction in Weybridge, with a strong relationship for over 6 years are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Hospitality manager.

This exciting opportunity is a great career starting point with the facility of future growth in event management.

This ever-popular visitor attraction venue offers a wide range of catering for all patrons.
The first-floor function rooms are a growing business with corporate conferences, meetings, functions and weddings. They also have our Members bar lounge open 3 days a week with
table restaurant service.

Hours/ days of work:
8 to 10 hours per day.
5 out of 7 days.
Includes weekends and some evenings.
Own transport would be preferable.

Role Purpose;
- To engage and interact with customers and your team with a positive attitude
- To be knowledgeable about the food and drink we serve
- Supporting the hospitality manager in delivering quality service across the operation
- Overseeing the Members Bar, looking after the stock control, cellar, beer lines, bar display and service guide
- Providing training and support to all hospitality and bar staff
- Ensuring the team maintain a strong relationship with the client and customers
- Provide and maintain the highest standards of food/drink service
- Communicate effectively with your manager and team
- To support other areas of the business during times of need, including café and outdoor catering units

Desirable attributes include;
- Basic food hygiene
- Barista coffee training and experience
- A good understanding of food hygiene and H&S legislation
- A sense of flare in event set up and presentation
- A keen eye for detail and consistent high standards
