ASSISTANT GM /RESTAURANT MANAGER *£28-30k FRENCH BRASSERIE LONDON
Manager required to join this award winning restaurant group that is well known for its distinctive food and wine offering.
Restaurant Manager Candidates will have the opportunity to work within a renowned company pioneering artisan producers/suppliers both with wines and food offerings.
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for running the day to day operations of this busy London brasserie. As Restaurant Manager it is essential that you are able to help bring the team together to deliver a high level of customer service to compliment the cuisine.
Restaurant Manager is sought with a background in busy professional operations who is well versed in all aspects of running of a successful restaurant coupled with a genuine passion for food and wine.
In return you will be paid a competitive salary range of £26-30k *Depending on Experience negotiable for 7 shifts per week. You will also be working for an established restaurant group that have been voted as Top 10 in their field.
