We are recruiting for a Assistant Front Office Manager to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service on a daily basis within this 106 bedroomed, 4 star Beach hotel, creating fantastic memories for our guests.
You will support in the achievement of upselling targets and assist in managing departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budgets.
You will also support in providing coaching and training to members of the team.
This hands-on role provides opportunity to develop your supervisory skills with the guidance and encouragement of an experienced team manager.
Competencies of a Assistant Front Office Manager:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating a thorough knowledge of hotel products and services.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- An ideal first step in team supervision, previous experience in hotel reception is essential.
