They are now looking for an Assistant food Technologist who has up to one year's experience or a relevant degree.

Your Role as Assistant Food Technologist:
As an integral part of our Technical Department, you will be at the heart of our culinary excellence. Your daily tasks will include:

?? Technical Marvel: Assisting our Technical Manager with the orchestration of all things technical, ensuring our products meet and exceed the highest standards.

?? Master of Specifications: Managing our product specification database with precision and finesse.

�?? Quality Crusader: Joining forces with our team to conduct product quality testing and craft sensory reports that delight the senses.

?????? Inspector of Excellence: Carrying out internal audits to ensure our Quality system remains in harmony with BRC and Organic standards.

?? Audit Ace: Playing a pivotal role in HACCP team meetings and taking the lead in preparing for BRC audits.

?? Customer Champion: Handling customer technical requests and addressing any culinary conundrums or concerns.

What You Bring to the Table:
To be our ideal Assistant Food Technologist, you'll need:

�? Educational Flair: A Food Science or similar qualification, along with previous experience in a QA/Technical role that showcases your expertise.

?? Specification Wizardry: Proficiency in handling customer product specifications and supplier questionnaires.

?? Career Ambition: An eagerness to advance your career with our passionate and dynamic team.

?? Standards Savvy: Familiarity with customer codes of practice and BRC requirements.

?? Tech Whiz: A mastery of SAP and Microsoft programs like Excel, Access, and Outlook.

?? Knowledge Buff: Experience with QMS, HACCP, and other key legal requirements would be a flavorful bonus.

�? Quality Enthusiast: A deep-seated passion for quality, food safety, and driving continuous improvement.

??? Organization Extraordinaire: Highly organized with top-notch communication skills, both written and spoken.

Bellissimo Bonus: While not necessary, the ability to speak Italian would be an added zest to your profile.
