The ideal Assistant Food and Beverage manager must have extensive previous hotel experience in Event Service, Restaurant and Bar.
As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in all Food and Beverage Departments including Restaurant, Bar, Events and Conference. You will assist with staff development, ensuring high levels of customer service are provided and achieved at all times. You will also have experience inhotel food service especially promoting, and maximising revenue in the restaurant and other F&B outlets.
You should have strong leadership qualities, be a good communicator and very ambitious nature. You will strive to achieve the best quality standards in all F&B departments; cost controlling, Health & Safety, and the daily operation.
