Champneys Health Resort in Ashby De La Zouch is currently looking for an experienced AssistantFood & Beverage Manager who is passionate about delivering the highest level of service to all guests.
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager by ensuring that there is effective management on the floor, ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant, café and conference venue and that each service runs smoothly. Guest complaints must be handled effectively and professionally to ensure that guests receive a positive dining experience. The post holder will be required to recruit team members and lead by example by adopting a hands-on approach and 'can do’ attitude.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with a proven track record of delivering a high level of service in a quality, fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment. We are seeking clear and concise communication skills, experience of managing costs, ability to recruit and motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic.
