As an assistant food and beverage manager your duties would include;
Assisting with the organisational side, such as the diary, ordering and rotas.
Performing duties such as serving customers and clearing tables.
Managing staff ensuring an excellent service is offered.
Learning the menu and wine pairings for specific dishes.
Ensuring health, hygiene and safety policies are followed correctly.
The ideal candidate would have;
Experience of working in a busy bar, hotel or restaurant.
Front of House Supervisor or management experience.
Level 2 Food Hygiene, First Aid and Bar Licence.
Excellent English language communication skills.
A professional but warm and friendly personality.
Strong team mentality.
