Assistant Facilities Manager

A permanent Assistant Facilities Manager job in London working within one of UK's leading Facilities Management outsourcing organisations £32k-£34k.

Your new company
You will be working within an exciting management organisation providing bespoke Facilities Management solutions for corporate organisations and property owners.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the management and provision of facilities services across the site including H&S, all hard and soft services, service charge and building fabric. Your direct reports will be the FM and Senior FM providing you guidance and support. This also involves ensuring that all services necessary are provided fully and effectively with the provisions of the lease as directed by the Management Surveyor. You will be liaising with all the tenants and occupiers, helpdesk and contractors, managing contractors' contracts and performance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background in Property and Facilities management within a mixed-use property with the experience of managing service partners delivering a 5* service. You will also show a strong track record with managing service charge budgets. You have an interest in the technical aspects of the role and experience in technical projects is also desirable. You will have a membership within BIFM and have a General Certificate of IOSH or NEBOSH.

What you'll get in return
You will get £32,000-£34,000 plus company benefits.
