Assistant Electrical Team Leader - Public Sector

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing public sector business as Assistant Electrical Team Leader within their property team.
Your new role
As Assistant Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the repair and maintenance of over 4,000 public properties including houses, flats, shops and office spaces. This role is varied and includes holding toolbox talks, report writing for management, void property meetings, scoping work and inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you must be confident and able to support a team. You must hold your City and Guilds Electrical Testing qualification, have access to your own vehicle and hold a full UK driving license.
A BTEC Level 3 in Electrical Engineering is desirable but not essential.
