Our client, an incredibly established, luxury Retail company with a huge European presence, are looking to recruit an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join their busy London office. Working in a fantastic office with 80+ FTE, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client are located in zone 1 and employ over 200 FTE across the UK, both in head office and in various stores/concessions. Due to a sustained period of growth, they are now actively seeking an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, immediately. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing orders from wholesalers
  • Providing an incredible customer service to a small portfolio of B2B clients
  • Centralising the relationship with clients in the order to cash process
  • Reviewing and providing information on customer orders
  • Managing order to cash flow of activities
  • Analysing and modifying orders and deliveries
  • Printing and sending delivery note copies as requested
  • Creating debit/credit notes in the system
  • Registering customer complaints
  • Managing and generate invoices/billings documents
  • Following up on overdue or bad debt

    In order to be considered for this positions, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Excellent communicative skills (fluency in French desirable, not essential)
  • Proactive approach to customer service
  • Organised, structured approach to work
  • Fun, sociable personality

    Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
