Assistant Customer Care Manager - Division: Transaction & Compliance

20-25k + benefits per annum

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Customer Care Manager, the Assistant Customer Care Manager will provide superior service and support to internal and external clients, as well as technical and tactical expertise in a client driven production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following but other duties may be assigned:

 Work with internal departments (sales and document specialists) on document preparation

 Liaise between client and other internal departments (Consulting, Product Support, IT, Customer Service, and Sales) for requested services

 Effectively identify and anticipate client needs

 Independently manage client financial document projects

 Be a point of contact for multiple client projects

 Prepare SEC filings - both paper and EDGAR

 Independently interact both in person and over the phone with clients

 Develop effective and positive relationships with clients

 Utilise the JMS system to track and monitor progress on project deliverables

 Maintain and update the JMS system to ensure billing information is kept up to date

 Ensure proper documentation for job tracking and billing

 Assist the Senior and Customer Care Managers in daily tasks

 Liaise with print vendors to co-ordinate print production

 Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time

 PC proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Strong Microsoft Word skills

 Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

 Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment

 Propensity to successfully manage priorities and respond to deadlines ahead of schedule

 Detail oriented with strong organisational skills

 Demonstrate an understanding of managing compliance and transactional projects from SEC form types

Minimum Education

 Educated to degree level preferred

 Minimum education 'A’ Level or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience

 Demonstrated experience in a client service environment

 Previous financial printing experience useful but not essential

 Knowledge and experience in the Transaction & Compliances Services industry

 Experience with project multitasking and ability to lead others through high pressure situations

 Experience working in firm, deadline-driven environments

 Industry knowledge, with an understanding of document types, including their purpose and application
