I am representing a construction main contractor based in the Yorkshire region who are looking to appoint a full time Assistant Contracts Manager.
The candidate will assist the lead contract's manager in their day to day duties.
Duties & responsibilities include:
Managing sub-contractors
Liaising with the client
Site Inductions
Health & safety on site
Requirements for the role:
Site Management experience/Assistant Contracts Manager experience
Main contractor/construcction experience
Preferably civils/groundworks experience (not essential)
HNC or HND qualified
Open to travel
This is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects for a construction main contractor and develop into a lead Contract's Manager role.
