Assistant Contracts Manager- Surrey/ SW

The client; is a cleaning and maintenance services provider. The company is currently going through significant growth

The role; involves managing your own time/ traveling to various client sites within London and home counties. You would be responsible for Business Development with new and existing cleaning and maintenance contracts for their customers

Your general duties would include;

  • Visiting client sites to ensure contracts are running smoothly
  • New business development - build and strengthen client and residential relationships
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and the Contracts Manager on existing opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline using the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Support with various projects such as writing mobilisation plans for new contracts,
  • Assisting in planning, preparing and pitching PowerPoint presentations for new clients

Previous experience / skills

  • Previous experience within Business development
  • Customer service orientated communicator / proven relationship building experience
  • Positive and Tenacious in researching and developing new business, influencing skills, confident negotiating skills-
  • Multi-tasking, planning and prioritisation experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, attention to details and having the ability to cope with competing demands to prioritising tasks
