SOUS CHEF - TERM TIME - BRACKNELL SCHOOL
Our client a respected caterer in the education sector are
currently looking to recruit an Sous Chef for a prestigious prep
school in Bracknell catering for children from Nursery to age 13
The school caters for 500 for lunch and flexy boarding between
10-60 per evening service, The school offers a Breakfast
club, lunch service, occasional hospitality. There are 5 other
chefs in the team.
Your role will involve working the supper shift and hours of
7-3.30pm on a Monday - Friday basis (with 8 additional
Saturdays in the year). You will be responsible for producing breakfast lunch as required for the 500 students.

You must have:
*A talent for providing great looking, fresh food to pupils and
*Strong craft skills ideally with a work history in contract catering
*Experience supervising or managing a team
*A nationally recognised catering qualification
- Ideally the client would also like involvement with the menu
planning within the school - some up to date ideas, knowledge
of street foods, new trends etc..
Responsibilities will include:
*Ensuring a high quality food service every day
*Making food fun for pupils and staff by organising special
events, tasting tables and theme days
*Assisting with menus and and ordering
Full DBS check will be required..
