Assistant CDM Adviser - Principal Design Adviser - Health & Safety - Nottingham - Permanent Position

A large, well renowned interior design and fit-out company based in Nottingham are looking to welcome an Assistant CDM Adviser into their Health and Safety/Design team. The company have been experiencing rapid growth within the Commercial and Retail sectors, with projects spanning across the UK and offices based in Nottingham, Manchester and London.
Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be assisting the CDM Principal Design Services Manager by being involved in the design stage of projects, chairing client and team meetings, on site surveying and ensuring projects are built to specification. You will also carry out frequent risk assessments and will be required to travel to sites in either London or Manchester a couple of times a month.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have relevant Health and Safety qualifications. A background in construction and an ability to work to tight deadlines will be very beneficial for you to hit the ground running within the organisation. A confidence talking in front of others, ambitious mindset, innovative ideas and a team player are all traits that will make you very successful within the role.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary of between £30,000 - £33,000 per annum.
