£11.84 per hour plus 14% annual leave allowance. Based in Ashford, Surrey.

About the Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in children and young peoples lives?

Surrey is committed to offering children and families support early in order to avoid them needing more intensive support later. Within this role we are looking for a team player with a real passion for working with young people. You will be supported to engage with young people and their families to take the necessary steps to help keep them safe.

The work will include providing individual support with life skills, education and needs based sessions that encourage young people to harness their potential and ultimately transition from NEET into employment or further training. This will involve delivering an agreed curriculum that accredits outcome-based learning.

We would like to hear from you if you have experience in this area and have a positive attitude around change and challenge and are committed to finding the best solution for families regardless of the barriers.
