Our client, a professional and exciting company with modern offices based in Guildford, are looking for an Assistant Buyer to join their company.
Within the role you will be required to process orders to ensure the timely arrival of outstanding deliveries. To resolve any and all queries related to delivery issues. Maintain and update the central order database. Liaise with management when necessary. Attend meetings to report order status . Deal with other ad hoc office administration.
The ideal candidate will have had previous purchasing experience. However any experience in a customer based office role will be acceptable. You must be organised, accurate and with a great attention to detail. Good team building skills and able to communicate with all staff across the business. Be proactive and flexible with a positive attitude as well at great IT Skills with experience with MS Office.
