Manchester based consultancy require an Assistant Building Surveyor to start work within there fast growing team.

Your new role

The role involves the delivery of services to clients within agreed timescales and budgets and the management of key client relationships. The successful Building Surveyor is required to have a good working knowledge of Construction Management, Dilapidations, Building Surveys ( 6 months experience doing stock condition surveys), Building Pathology, Party Wall matters, specification writing, tender/contract documentation preparation, Measured Surveys and AutoCAD to produce existing and proposed drawings.

What you'll need to succeed

A relevant RICS accredited degree qualification. Currently working towards the RICS APC pertaining to the Building Surveying Pathway. Constantly portray a professional image to colleagues, clients and other stakeholders in person and in all communications. Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to work within project time constraints
