Assistant Building Surveyor - Salfford

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 Plus Benefits

Summary:

My client is looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to be based in central Manchester you will be working for a well-established property consultancy on both professional and site based projects throughout the north this is a fantastic opportunity to gain full skill set and professional building surveying experience in a client facing role with a company who offer excellent support to candidates looking to progress in completing their APC.

Key Duties:

  • Client and contract administration duties
  • Project Management
  • Preparing all initial appraisal reports and budget costs
  • Building defects
  • Commercial and residential experience

About You:

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will have:

Ideally you should be RICIS approved and be able to demonstrate the desire and enthusiasm to becoming a chartered Building Surveyor which will be fully supported by the company. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience to date and be able to demonstrate a variety of experience in project work such as producing detailed drawings as well as report writing skills and contract administration you will be confident in carrying out dilapidations. Further to this my client would keen to speak with candidates who have some exposure in the residential commercial sectors.
