A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Branch Manager to work for a distributor of products for the construction industry.
Working within the depot, you will take a proactive role in managing the branch, increasing sales and exceeding customers expectations. This is a key role providing the branch with its continued commitment to providing a high quality service to customers and ensuring all current and future sales opportunities are maximised.
Previous supervisory experience within a trade / distribution environment or retail DIY background is essential. You should be sales driven with a strong commercial awareness able to drive sales in the branch as well as having excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and manage others and deal effectively with any issues that arise.
To succeed you must have drive and enthusiasm as well as flair and excellent interpersonal skills. You should be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work as well as hard working and reliable.
