Assistant Behaviour Management Co-ordinator.

Temporary role - 12 months, 36 Hours per week. Term time (+ 1 week) only.

£15,279 (pro rata from FTE of £18,070)

We are incredibly proud of both our Behaviour For Learning (BFL) department and the hard working, dedicated team who work tirelessly to provide an effective behaviour management system that ensures consistency and continuity for both staff and students. The BFL team is vitally important to students; helping them to learn in an environment that is calm and focussed.

We are looking to recruit a temporary Assistant Co-ordinator who will play a key role in working with the Behaviour (BFL) Manager to develop and implement the vision for inclusion and behaviour management in the school. 'Behaviour for Learning’ is a key part of our ethos. It is a behaviour management system which encompasses all aspects of student conduct throughout school.

We expect a very high standard of self-discipline and behaviour from all our students at all times. The BFL team is responsible for overseeing and managing the behaviour of students around the school and helping to promote and maintain our core values. The BFL team maintains a high profile around the school ensuring appropriate behaviour from all students.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can act as a role model to students. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. A key part of the role will at times require liaison with parents, teachers and outside agencies as and when necessary. Most importantly, the emphasis of this role is about supporting our students by communicating effectively and having the ability to relate to them and keep them safe.
