Your new role
Your new role will be to support the business by contributing to the administration of events such as, training events. You will ensure that all activities for the events will run smoothly for the full satisfaction of the client. You will be responsible for routine administrative activities to aid the delivery of a customer focused and efficient administrative support service. The role also includes general administrative tasks including prep-preparation of materials, travel and logistics and general office support activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need;
- Outstanding Microsoft Office knowledge. Mainly Word and Powerpoint
- Key attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Excellent written skills
- Experience with document handling
- Exceptional communication skills
