Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing key support to management as well as the management accountants, ensuring the accurate completion of all monthly reconciliations.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Produce monthly accounts for overhead cost centres
-Assisting in the preparation of cost centre budgets and forecasts
-Reconciliation and processing of prepayments, accruals and standard charges
-Management of company credit cards
-Balance sheet reconciliation
-National statistics returns
-Bank account reconciliations
-Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
-Quarterly preparation of VAT returns
-Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and tax packs
-Processing intercompany journals
-Fixed asset controls
