Your daily duties will include:-
Maintaining sales ledger
All aspects of credit control (credit limits, cash collection and query resolution)
Processing and posting daily banking transactions
Data analysis reports (requiring strong excel capabilities)
Monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
Maintaining intercompany recharges and monthly reconciliations
Weekly and Monthly reporting
Assisting in cash flow preparation
Assisting in budget and forecasting
Ability to provide absence cover for other finance departmental routines when required (training provided)
The successful candidate will have:-
Commitment to pursue or already completed AAT qualification (or equivalent) or any CICM qualification
Demonstrated 3 year experience in account reconciliations and credit control
Desire for career progression and willingness to take on new responsibilities
Willingness to interrogate accounting system
Ability to work on own initiative
Understanding of the importance of good cash management
Willingness to provide solutions rather than accepting status quo
Strong excel data analytics (pivot tables, look ups & if functions)
